Practical health education for real life

The focus is always the same: realistic support around nutrition, movement, posture and decompression, hormones, and sustainable health habits that fit real life.

Who Health in Practice Serves

Health in Practice serves workplaces, caregivers, women’s groups, and community-based organizations looking for realistic, engaging health education. Offerings are designed to support people in real-life settings through workplace workshops, caregiver support, and women’s wellness events.

Neuroinclusive Health and Wellness

Health education should adapt to the person—not require the person to fit a generic wellness plan.

Health in Practice offers practical, respectful programming for autistic and neurodivergent adults, the professionals who support them, and family caregivers. Workshops can address accessible movement, realistic nutrition, energy, stress, sensory considerations, daily routines, communication and sustainable caregiving.

Programming is grounded in years of direct experience working with autistic adults and is designed to respect autonomy, individual preferences and different ways of communicating, processing and engaging with health.

Why Health in Practice

Health in Practice was created to offer something more practical than generic wellness programming. The focus is not on idealized routines or one-size-fits-all advice.

Health in Practice focuses on practical health education that people can actually use. Rather than promoting idealized routines, the approach is grounded, realistic, and designed to support real work, real caregiving, and real life.

Community Impact

Community impact is an important part of Health in Practice. As the business grows, this includes creating space for practical support, resources, and meaningful offerings for people whose well-being is often pushed aside — with a special focus on supporting survivors of domestic violence and the organizations that serve them.
