Health in Practice was built to be both sustainable and meaningful.
At its core, Health in Practice provides practical health education that helps people care for themselves in realistic, supportive ways. This work is especially important for people whose own well-being is often pushed aside while they care for others, work in high-stress roles, or navigate under-supported circumstances.
As Health in Practice grows, community impact will remain part of the mission. This includes creating access to practical wellness education through select reduced-cost or complimentary workshops, caregiver resources, educational materials, and community-focused support for organizations serving caregivers, helping professionals, survivors, and under-supported communities.
This mission also includes work connected to causes that are deeply personal to Health in Practice, including support for survivors of domestic violence.
Health education should not only be available to people and organizations with the largest budgets. The goal is to build a business that offers high-quality, sustainable services while also creating meaningful support where it is needed most.
Health in Practice exists to provide education that is grounded, useful, compassionate, and connected to real human needs.
For nonprofit organizations, The Practical Health Intensive may include one optional community-support resource designed to extend the impact of the workshop beyond staff support alone.
Available options may include:
This creates an opportunity to support staff while also offering practical care to the people and communities your organization serves.
If you are interested in workplace workshops, caregiver support workshops, or women’s wellness events, I’d be happy to connect and discuss what may be the best fit.
